Revolving door of hairstylists. No one seems to work here for more than 2 years so the service is extremely inconsistent. You just hope you randomly picked someone who is good at their job.The woman who cut my hair yesterday was late by 30 minutes. Yes, 30 minutes. Then she proceeded to rush through my haircut, blow dried using the highest heat setting and burnt my scalp to get me out the door because the next client was on time and waiting. Texturized my hair even though I asked her not to. By the time I realized what she was doing, it was too late. I used to recommend this place but can’t anymore.EDITED to respond: The hairstylist's schedule for the day was clearly marked on the mirror: 12-2pm, 4-6pm. My appointment was at 4pm and she literally walked into the salon at 4:30pm after her lunch break. Why are you lying about a delayed non-existent colouring service?

I had a fantastic experience at Parlour Ossington! I came in for a haircut with Jordan, who is not only an extremely skilled stylist but also a kind, welcoming person. I got exactly what I asked for, felt pampered and left with my hair looking better than it has in forever! Can't wait to be back soon.

Been coming here for over two years and love it! The vibe and customer service are great.Blake does my hair (cut, colour, highlights) and he’s amazing!!! I had a wonderful first experience at Parlour Ossington! Firstly, the customer service was fantastic. I had an awesome haircut with Dolly! Dolly was extremely kind and made me feel so comfortable. I had a haircut idea in mind, but Dolly helped me explore that and gave great expertise. I left with a haircut better than what I had in mind! Feeling beautiful and will be back again! I've been going to Blake at Parlour for two years and I love every haircut. He's a great hair stylist and helps me decide what will work for me. Today I came in to cut off 7 inches for a dramatic change. He was very helpful and enthusiastic about the change. It was a great experience and a beautiful haircut.

I was so excited to get my hair done at Parlour, and the experience delivered. Stylist Tim did a phenomenal job with my colour and cut, and I felt very comfortable at every point of the experience. I would definitely recommend this salon for anyone, especially queer identifying folks, who are looking to sparkle and shine.

I've gotten my hair cut with Blake twice now and I'm staying with him for as long as I can! He always understands the assignment, checks in with me/explains what he's doing throughout the process, fully trusts his talent (and you should, too!) and is enthusiastic about his work. Also, he's just generally a lovely human being. I always leave his chair feeling beautiful!
