JEKLEFAB Garage and Mod Shop

I recently had some floorboard rust work done on my 1990 Miata at JEKLEFAB in Kelowna.Incredibly pleased with the excellent customer service from the front office staff (Adrienne) and (Chris) the mechanic who did the work.Chis went through the job in detail with me prior to booking the appointment. The job was completed as scheduled with no surprises and the workmanship quality was outstanding. As requested, Chis took photos as the job progressed for my records.I would highly recommend JEKLEFAB for custom mod work and for everyday mechanical work as their technicians are Red Seal certified, very competent and the shop provides outstanding customer service.

Then there are the precious few that really understand metal and how to plan to create solutions that work. It was the way the job was handled that most impressed me and my team. They came on site to see what needed to be done, then they were able to execute on the work and have it done ahead of schedule so that we could deliver the vehicle back to our client on schedule. The mechanics and front end staff are the most friendly and trustworthy mechanics I have ever dealt with. They go the extra mile to source affordable parts for my vehicles, as well as working around my schedule to make sure I stay on the road.If there is a bright spot to a breakdown, they are it.

Excellent service by these guys! Very friendly and helpful. My trunk was stuck and after trying everything to access the inside lever (car backseat lever was inside the trunk...), I gave up thinking I needed to pry the trunk open and invest more money than I was expecting. These guys opened the trunk and fixed the existing mechanism within 30 minutes. I couldn't have been happier! I recommend them because they're the only shop I've experienced that respects your time and money. They work as a team and work fast. Any problems I have I will take to them from now on. Highly recommended!

Amazing Shop! The BEST in the whole Okanagan! I wouldn't go anywhere else. Very knowledgeable mechanics. I wish more places knew about cars like they do. They definitely go above and beyond for customer service. Very friendly and nice to deal with, couldn't ask for anything more. Thanks again!
