Incredibly professional and helpful with my RV insurance claim. They came out to my trailer to do the appraisal, very convenient and fast! He did the estimate and followed my claim through the repair process and made sure everything was done! Amazing Service!

I have worked with Performance claims on many occasions and in various situations. He has always treated me fairly and all other parties fairly - in my opinion. Performance Claims is in the business of making decisions about the legitimacy of insurance claims and to ferret out those that are illegitimate. I have worked with Wynn on dozens of different claims. I have never known him to deny a claim that I considered to be legitimate. In my opinion bent over backward to give the insured the benefit of the doubt. Unfortunately in order to do his job Wynn cannot make everyone happy because there are some obvious fraudsters out there - his job is to spot them not give them what they want.As far as integrity -- top notch. If Wynn tells you something, it is true, end of story.

I have dealt with Steve on multiple RV claims and the report/photos/information he provides on appraisals is as thorough as can pssibly be. I am always extremely satisfied with the product he puts out and the timeliness of his reports, not to mention the contact he maintains throughout his investigation to keep you posted. Thanks Steve!
