Can’t enter store.Not sure what kind of service they can provide since I can’t visit without entering.Can only imagine what happens if you have problems with your device.I suggest to look for other providers that actually will provide direct face to face service.

Went twice to this store after the recommendation from the Rogers Customer Care and it was closed on 26th Sep saying it is temporarily closed, so went again today on Sept 27th and it is still not open even after 10:05am. Rang the bell but no response and there was no staff. This time from the time I spoke with Rogers it’s only a bad experience as they removed my son’s # accidentally from his SIM card and added my # to his SIM card. What a blunder.

I came to exchange my modem and they gave me a cable box instead...I had errands to run so did not realize until I got home. The store closed at 6pm so now I have no wifi for the whole night until they open at 10am.As “tech specialists” the people working at this store should know better.

I came to get two lines with phones and I was shocked with the rude and horrible service. Not even one min of me being there I turned around and left. Don’t they have a manager to train them how to treat their customers or do they not care!?? Their reviews even are so bad. 2.7 you can tell. Don’t come here.

I went to the store it purchase Samsung earbuds and they wouldn't let me in the store. They had me talking through a camera. There's service is very rude and I will tell everyone not choose rogers It's freezing cold outside. I am a returning rogers customer.

What a lovely store. OMARI is the best of the best, amazing guy, helpful , knowledgeable, smiling, patient, freindly,... He spend the maximum time explaining and trying to help us finding the right offer that fit us the most. Appreciate all your help OMARI.As I have to mention Akash, is a very calm, patient, and knowledgeable person.The employee at hat store work as a strong team, with respect and professionalism. I had a feeling like i am welcome, respected, smart (even they explain it many times with respect and patience). You are amazing. I really like working with you guys.Thanks for everything.

Don’t go to this location. It’s freezing cold outside and we were waiting at the door for someone to open the door for us for about 10 min. Then a customer came out with one of the salesmen and he told us oh you can’t come in I will screen you first then let you in. What the hell kind of service is this?? We were coming in to make two big purchases and you just lost our business because of your horrendous service. They don’t want your business. We are normal people man and wife standing out in the cold we aren’t coming to rob you.

I was blown away by the AMAZING customer service both Omari and Arlene provided. They stayed after close to make sure my issue was fully resolved and kept such a great, helpful and positive attitude throughout. Arlene actually called Rogers Head Office since there was a computer glitch in-store and both of them went way beyond the call of duty. I really appreciate their service and I recommend you book an appointment with either of them for your next new phone/plans. I have never experienced that level of high quality of service for years!

What an experience this place brought for me. I recently visited the store in hopes of becoming their new client; however, that did not happen due to their horrendous customer service. Upon my entry into the store, I was never even greeted by their customer service representative, instead I was told to step outside the store and remove my face mask. After the removal, they told me to look into the camera that is placed in front of the store and present my identification card. The customer service representative did not explain the reasons behind this procedure; therefore, I was quite uncomfortable and discombobulated by their behaviour. After a few minutes, I was granted access to enter the store. I was questioned by one of the representatives (Arleane) with her arms crossed how can I help you". In that moment
