PJC Jean Coutu

Paid 40.00 for a test and was told I would have results in 48 hours. Left a message with the pharmacist after 72 hours - no response. Called again the next day and the pharmacy was just as unhelpful. Awful experience all around.

One of the worst Jean Coutu's I've been to for pharmacy services. I've decided to write a bad review after three poor experiences:1. Refused to give me my prescription refill a few days ahead of time (another Jean Coutu did this for me, no questions asked)2. Refused to give me a prescription refill when I ran out because I wasn't able to see my doctor in time (another Jean Coutu did this for me, no questions asked)3. Wanted to charge me $5 for my prescription history (another Jean Coutu did this for free, no questions asked).It's clear that the people running this Jean Coutu don't value their customers, often vulnerable patients depending on them for essential care. I will avoid shopping here in future and have advised my family and friends in the area to do the same.

The review is about pharmacy, not the shop. Don't go if you are not ready to wait +20min. They made me wait 25min for 2 tubes of cream and I was the first in line! I find 25min is too long for picking up 2 bottles and dropping then in the basket. When I made a comment, the staff was rude and lied that there were other orders that came before me although I saw them placing their orders after mine. Very long bad service and rude stapppff.

Super-crowded and it's difficult to get help--you have to roam the aisles in search of staff (although when you do find someone, they're very helpful). The pharmacists vary, from the truly professional and very kind to the distant and snooty. The pharmacy itself is extremely busy (or poorly managed)--you wait a very long time to get your prescription filled, and there's no privacy whatsoever in that you get to hear all the conversations between staff/pharmacists and clients. Overall this place does its work, but without any sort of personal charm, except for a couple older pharmacists, who are really excellent.

I went here on my birthday to get a few things. I put an item down after changing my mind. When I finished paying, I was corned at the exit and accused of theft.I went and showed them that I decided to not take the item, had my receipt and they proceeded to ask me why I put it down there.There was no apology. I am allowed to change my mind without being accused of theft. If you are going to accuse, do some investigation and be certain or at least have an approach that is acceptable. This is not okay and was handled poorly.The loss prevention team at this location needs work. The loss prevention woman was staring me down and following me from the moment I walked into the store. I 100% felt racially profiled and was not given the benefit of the doubt. No apology when proven wrong.

Was able to pick up my hemorrhoid cream last minute, place is a life saver. Also was got me a nice snack!

2pm on Friday, June 15th 2022 I wanted to purchase with debit and I had the cashier bang repeatedly on a sign that said cash or credit only, which is condescending as hell. I understand service work is often overpaid and undervalued, but being treated so officiously by a 20 something kid speaks to a larger problem.

Worst pharmacy ever. Their clerks at the prescription desk are always overwhelmed, the waiting time is higher than anywhere else, they forget to follow up and they make errors on prescriptions. They have a clear lack of organization and it’s not being resolved since I have been a client there for more than a year and a half. I won’t return...

Nice spacious location. Easy access. Well stocked shelves.

I always have incredibly rude staff at the pharmacy, they do not care about customer service or common courtesy. There is always an attitude on the phone i really cannot stand this pharmacy location
