Rolltec did a fantastic job installing an awning above our deck. From fabric selection to installation , the process was smooth and very simple. The price for the awning and installation was fair.Our home backs on to a park and the installers easily set up a ladder in the park and installed the awning without setting one foot in the house.I’d absolutely recommend their services to anyone looking to install an awning.

We ordered a Rolltec awning for our backyard in May of last year. It took a little over a month to have our awning custom made and installed. The sales representative, Gary, was very knowledgeable and came to our house to take measurements and make recommendations. The installers were equally great. Helen, the general manager, was very professional and knowledgeable as well. Overall we had an excellent experience with Rolltec so much so that we are currently in the process of making another order with them.

South facing backyard made our home very hot and dark as I needed to keep our curtains closed. Now I can have our windows open to allow a breeze. A 12x10 covered our kitchen window and sliding doors. Size, features and fabric selection was made easy. No upselling. Installation was clean and quick.

Helen and Roman were very helpful guiding us through the process of choosing an awning solution for our deck. Even with the COVID-19 issues, we were able to make an appointment and see the different styles. There were many fabrics to choose from. The installation went very smoothly and quickly. Rolltec has demonstrated the highest level of excellence in customer service and quality of work. I inherited a Rolltec awning when I purchased my home. This last fall, the arms on the awning broke because I left it open during a serious windstorm. When I got in touch with Roman, VP at Rolltec, not only did I get amazing communication, his quotes and information were accurate and quick. The installer, Ceasar, called me to set up a time for install and was extremely accommodating and did excellent work. Overall the process was quick, effecient and the quality of work was outstandingHighly recommend to anyone.

We ordered two 19’ x 13’ awnings in May & they were delivered within the 6-8 week timeframe. Within one day of installation the awnings did not align correctly and the installer came out to adjust them 5 days later. The next day a corner dropped again and a phone call along with an email was sent to the office. It took another 5 days to have the awning fixed and that same night the awning dropped & smashed into the deck railing. We were lucky no one hurt. We talked to Helen on Saturday morning and she advised that someone would be out on Monday. The service man told us he needed a part from the office but was too busy with new installs to come back within a day or two. This was unacceptable and calls/emails were sent to Helen. Since we did not receive a reply call or email, another call was placed on Friday, July 17th, and we were told Helen did not want to speak with us. Then the receptionist changed her mind and said Helen was too busy. We have had the awnings since June 26th and $12,000 later and still cannot use one of the awnings and still do not know when the repair will be completed. There are always 3 sides to a story & would love to have Rolltec explain their side. We are in the manufacturing business and if we treated our customers this way we would most certainly be out of business. There are !

8 years and still going strong. Very happy with the quality, recommendations and service. One time my awning got stuck on a long weekend and with only 30 min left before closing, there wasn’t enough time to send a service person. I drove in and they gave me a part and explained perfectly how to fix the problem so that my awning wouldn’t get damaged in the storm. Much appreciated!
