I have been going to this place since my Mum did her taxes here and I was a child crawling around under Rodney's desk. They always do their best to get you every dollar back. The staff working there have been there for many years and have a lot of knowledge. It's nice feeling stress free about my tax time. Thanks guys!

Very disappointed this year with the run around I was given. The staff were not helpful. I paid for a service and received absolutely nothing and I travelled 600 kms to come and pay for this service. Very disappointed.

I love these folks. I have been coming here a few years and they always give me the straight goods on my taxes and help me get the most on my returns. This place may not suit the River Heights crowd but as a Minto resident I love them.

Constantly being told I am submitting things wrong, when asking how to submit them properly they would explain exactly how they were submitted. I then asked what documents she was receiving, because I'm looking at what I sent and she told me she had to re do my work. I'm sure these people are over billing us for work that had been done. Also, after having repeatedly trying to get in contact with them, they finally answered and said they would start work on our file (2 months after initial contact) I asked when it would be finished and they said well we have to finish before Thursday or we can't submit it" and it will be late. Have been a client for the last 3-4 years. As others have said a bit tough to get in touch with them sometimes but reasonably priced and very good service levels. I have even met with them earlier in each year on a few occasions to review pay stubs and income from multiple employers to help understand what tax situation I will be in at the end of the year. These meetings usually take more than a half hour and require some calculating by the accountant to confirm numbers and sort out some rasp options vs tax payment... they have never charged me for this additional service and have always done a great job which keeps me coming back!

So far they have been really friendly and did what i needed them to do fairly quickly. Ive gone to them a few times so far and each time its been better than other places ive gone. But im going in the next few days to finish my return as i went to them last yr to get my taxes done with a pay stub. If my opinion changes ill definitely post it up.
