Smart businesses would try to retain a loyal customer. For this one I think they have a preference to how they treat certain people. How can you try to be disrespectful for no reason to a customer that spends hundreds of dollars a week at your store? Then acting like you're the only dispensary around and youre doing me a favor. Now Ive found a more welcoming and respectful dispensary after almost a year of supporting this business. No regrets. For the lady that works here claiming you own the store your life is sad. From what I've heard you're just a part time bud tender so no need to be telling people it's your store.

Unfortunately this place is hit and miss..they never have what they claim they have on there website..over and over iv driven the 40mins to the shop to ask for something there website claims they have only to have them look at me confused and shrug there shoulders..if you ask why you get a different answer from each of them..i have found the males that work here very helpful but unfortunately haven't had a great experience dealing with the females that work here except for one who's abit older then the others..goodluck with this place definitely call before you waste your time to make sure they actually have what you want.....

I purchased and elite membership but the staff misspelled my name for the email so I never received it and brought this up to their support staff that never got back to me. Horrible customer experience and wasted money do not recommend. (I still have the receipt with incorrect spelling on it)

10/10 Experience. Not the largest dispensary, but definitely the best in Guelph. The META store is clean, well laid-out. With bright displays. The stock is fresh. Oldest product I purchased were some gummies, and those have a long shelf life. Flower was sticky and fragrant.The employees are all helpful and polite. A gentleman at the door was stirring a fuss about ID, and the employee dealt with this professionally, kindly and maintained a positive shopping experience for all (including the gentleman who left with a smile under his mask)The pipe and grinder selection is extensive. I have purchased accessories and cannabis products here. All my experiences have been fantastic. Would HIGHLY recommend visiting META

Reasonably less stock than other locations I am used to. What they did have they only had one or two of. Need more variety and stock. Conveniently located if your not picky.

More comfortable here than any other Cannabis joints in town. Honestly, you can't beat the service you get here, the discounts you get, and always on top of orders. Great little place, friendly employees, always a good time in there. Friendly, knowledgeable about their products that we get. Ask away, don't be afraid! You got a back issue? They can look for something that can ease away the pain.

had amazing experiences up to today. there was a blonde girl with piercings who treated me like i didn’t know a thing. i usually go out of the way to come to this location but this experience really put me off. seen her before and she’s not much of a preppy customer service type but never a bad experience till today. maybe she just had a bad day but sadly this experience ruined my mood
