Wow just wow, this store screamed class from the moment I walked in. A wonderful selection of cuban cigars, in a very well organized walk in humidor. A very solid experience with the staff (not sure of the person's name - sorry), very friendly and knowledgeable in helping me pick out my first Cuban cigar purchase. It was an educational experience and I will be back to purchase again in the future. Thank you for a great time.

This is the finest and most beautiful store in this country. If you like cigars and you stop in Windsor then You must go. The lay out, the host ( wich was not the owner on my visit but one of his friends ) Was just amazing.The cigar selection is quite good. I bought a Bolivar Royal Coronas and à Trinidad Esmeralda after the great talk and visit! Tks a lot. I will be back!

The walkin humidor is easily the biggest that I have been luck enough to visit and that is including my trips to Havana Cuba.The humidity within the humidor was at the perfect level as I was not able to find one cigar that would crackle under my fingers. I grabbed a Vintage Romeo and Juliet Churchill that had the perfect amount of plume on it. The draw and flavors were fantastic. I am now looking into renting a locker from them to better age my current cigar collection.

Great first time experience. Wonderful staff specifically Jay and the owner Ray was friendly. Very happy with the cigars I purchased. Will definitely be a repeat customer. This shop is spectacular.

Friendly service and a beautiful walk-in humidor. And they take American Express. Update = they no longer take Amex but I still love this store. Owner gave me a free coffee mug

Always a fantastic experience. Not only do they have a fabulous walk in humidor with a huge selection, the service is top notch. Jay and Ray both are always willing to help and answer any questions with regards to new cigars coming out or box dates and strength of cigars currently. They also carry a wide range of pipes, pipe tobacco, lighters and all elements of the cigar and or pipe smoking experience/hobby. Great service, great selection. Best cigar shop in Windsor hands down.
