Ordered food from this location through Uber Eats. We were missing items from each of the three meals we ordered. Chicken is not great quality (see picture) considering the dish was over 23$. I called the restaurant to let them know about the missing items (we had not yet seen the quality of the chicken). The lady answering the phone was apologetic and transferred me to the manager. The manager apologized, said they were busy and offered for us to pick it up but by the time he would have picked up the sides, his food would have been cold. Manager said my husband's dish could not be remade because the only other option of course is to report it on Uber and deal with it through them. This is the second time we have ordered online (last time through the White Spot website) from this location and there were items missing last time as well. We won't be ordering from them again online as it seems to always create a frustrating experience and then having to try to get at least a portion refunded through Uber Eats.The only part of the meal that was good was the Strawberry milkshake.

Came in to celebrate a birthday dinner, ordered a Flatbread to start and mains to follow. The mains came but server forgot to put in the Flatbread order. Server only refilled my drink once and when ordering dessert (mentioned the we were there to celebrate a birthday) still charged us for both desserts instead of one! Nicole (server) not sure what the reasoning was but you were terrible tonight and certainly need to be retrained. This was on a Monday, wonder how bad it is on or closer to the weekend. Smh!

I walk in the door , no hello or anything. There was a employee talking to another customer and I waited . After they were done with there conversation the employee didn't ask if they could help Me . I stood there and eventually said hello , and said I need a table for two . She said to me oh I didn't know what you were doing " and I said "I didn't know what you were doing ." Usually when you go to a restaurant the person greets you or goes can I help you. After that I should of walked out . I order a vegetarian stir fry and found cheese in it . The waitress was like it might come from the Poutine that was near my dish . She offer me a new and I said no . Luckily I don't have a allergy to dairy. I got a discount on my meal . That was nice but you should work on your greet at the door . She made we feel like I was imposing on her . I didn't feel welcome at all ."

Went for mother's day brunch with my family and my kids. My brother and I ordered the new cinnamon brioche waffle & potato stack. I only ate half of it because it was not good. I asked for 2 medium poached eggs, 1 was fine and 1 hard poached. The actual waffle was dense and the potato stack was crumbly and too salty. We asked our server what other customers thought of the meal and she said they've only had great reviews.. we told her our thoughts and mentioned we didn't like it. She responded with Now you know not to get it next time" Told her I wouldn't ever order that again. Then she mentions "I will tell you

Been going here regularly for last few months and have had enough. Food (spaghetti bolognese, steak) has been mediocre - soggy spaghetti. Service has been bad, ex) trying to find server. Be better white spot.

I don’t know what’s going on with the kitchen , but even on a slow day our food took more than 45 minutes . Had to wait 15 minutes to get water .No host greeted or took us to the table . There was a nice boy that set up my table (not my server) and he was really nice . And that’s why I’m giving the one star.Aside from that my chicken teriyaki bowl had raw rice so was inedible.Chicken tenders were good .Service and kitchen was really slow , I can’t imagine how it would be on a busy night.Can’t blame the server for the slow service though , she tried her best but with a chaotic kitchen there’s only so much she can do.I don’t know if I will be back again because I left hungry .

I went for Lunch to this location. The staff is so friendly. Our server was Rae and she was just a delight. So kind, always has a smile and very professional. The food was not bad at all. I would come to this location again. Great job !

I never write reviews but this I had to write. I ordered cheesesteak hash from this location on Uber eats, the order is supposed to come with poached eggs and hollandise sauce, I never received any of those items. The food came like it wasn’t cooked at all and everything looked raw, I attached a picture to see, I called the store directly to see if the issue can be fixed by just giving me those items, they told me I have to speak to Uber eats directly. This is very disappointing and I’m never ordering from here ever again. If I could give zero star that’s what I’ll give.
