This is a very small UHaul location with a limited supply of vehicles and it is frustrating to deal with the company because availability of units depends on drop-off and other customers. However we did get the unit we wanted and it worked well all the way to Peterborough.

Charged me 3 times what my rental fee was supposed to be. They told me I would be refunded. As of today (10 days) since rental, no refund.

They told me my uhaul was upsized but available for my move. The day before my move they contacted me and told me it was not available, nor ever available. Luckily it was a local move.

I just to say THANK-YOU for taking the time to look in the truck I dropped off in Winnipeg and finding my lost keys...for sending them back to me, vice throwing them in the garbage...The location where I dropped it off (True Blue Car Wash, Wpg) lied to me twice because they were too lazy to call and ask you fine folks to look!
