Excellent Customer Service and best value for Storage in the City! Even a unit on the 2nd floor was easily accessible by elevator with large dollies that can be borrowed for no extra cost. Highly recommended

Not only did the secretary not take my inquiries seriously when I called. She did not call me back.. To make a point I biked (in the pourning rain) to the location and told her who I was... To her astonishment, she started to ask me about units id like to rent and began to show me. I asked for the cheapest unit, she then started to suspect I was going to live out of it by asking strange questions.. Like if I was going to move clothing or furniture in..Did not appreciate it and decided to abandon the idea of renting a storage unit all together.. From ANYWHERE..Unprofessional, lazy and arrogant.. Good luck..

I dont recommend this place to anyone. They dont do any maintenance on gates. i try to get in so many times the gate never works doesn't open. I try to go to work pick up all my staff then i can't because of gate. It happened with me 7 times the last 3 months....

First of all I just finished reading these reviews and Tiberio Barcelos sounds like a nut. I looked around for a storage place and after checking out the reviews and calling them decided to go with Key Storage.HOWEVER I was intrigued by Tiberio's post about Key Storgage suspecting him of going to live out of the unit. Well I checked out his other reviews and what a coincidence! Another storage company (StorageMart) also gave him the feeling they thought he was going to sleep in the unit". How strange lol.It gets better though. He has another review of Ontario Works where he literally states he's been homeless
