Lost heat in our home. Called Harris they were able to come out very quickly, to diagnose the issue. Offered options on the plan to repair or replace. Due to the age of our system we ended up replacing our entire hvac. Craig and his team were great through the entire process. Total job took 2 days, however had the heat going the first day. There was a miss understanding on my part, that Craig was quick to clear up. They took great care when working in our home and left it perfectly clean when the job was done. Even took time to play with our dog. We will definitely be using Harris for all of our hvac needs in the future, and would highly recommend them to anyone looking for a reputable hvac service technician.

We recently had a new furnace and a/c put in by Harris and are extremely impressed by their work. The technicians were very professional and skilled. They were also friendly and helpful in explaining the new complex thermostat that was installed. Harris uses good quality North American built equipment which is a plus..Their pricing is comparable with the competition but the staff outshines them all. Start to finish this process was quick and seamless. Had a new AC, furnace and thermostat installed by Jordan and Josh. Great guys, very professional and knowledgeable. There was no pressure from the initial sales team and they encouraged multiple quotes. When the job was complete I received a call to schedule service to charge the AC.
