We recently hired Morgan and his team to prep our rental property that we were going to list on the market. The work needed included painting the front porch; painting the frame of the basement window; resurfacing the back deck; and some landscaping. Morgan was really responsive and presented us with various options that were within our budget. In addition, they were available to do the work on such a tight timeline.One thing we appreciated is that there was constant communication while the work was being done.
