Townhill construction did a phenomenal job of completing our legal basement. The whole process from tearing down the original layout, to complying with the city plan for reconstruction was smooth and well executed. They are professional in their approach and provided us with a clear plan, estimated costs and time to completion. They broke down the whole plan into stages and met the deadlines each step of the way.They have excellent sub teams that know their specialties really well. Our kitchen cupboards were made to order and brought ready to fit on-site. They have a good selection of backsplash, tiles, flooring etc. We also had a storage made in the basement living room that doubles up as a seating space. All of the city approvals and permits were obtained without any hiccups.I am extremely happy with the overall quality of work and will definitely hire Townhill Construction again for any future projects.

Finding a genuine team for construction is very hard these days. I have heard from many of my friends that people in the construction industry take the money and then don't show up. We were scared as we don't want to come through similar situations.But luckily one of our friends suggested Townhill constructions.Townhill team constructed our friend's basement. We were impressed with the work they did at our friend's house, and the part that attracted us was their commitment; they gave us papers where they mentioned the start date and finish date. If work gets delayed from the finish date, they will pay you money for each day.We hired them for our legal basement, we never faced any issues with them; all of our friends were surprised to see our basement. We were already started our work with another contractor with a lower contract rate and were stalled for 3 months without much progress. We bought a house that required renovations top to bottom, complete kitchen/ bathroom remodel, and flooring; we did not know where to start. However, the Townhill Construction team did a great job planning it out with us every step of the way. We recently finished our basement with the company and the quality of the workmanship, knowledge about the trade was excellent. They were able to produce great ideas and kept true to every agreement made. The tradesmen were polite and hardworking as well as good at their craft.The total experience was a pleasant one however there was a bit delay in finishing but no qualms. We highly recommend their work without hesitation – great job!
