We used Wilson's service for our basement design and building permit application. He did a thorough job in understanding our needs and converting that into a building permit application that met the City of Brampton's code requirements. He had multiple meetings with us to ensure that the application reflected our requirements correctly. He also provided us with a 3-D rendering of the drawing so that we could visualize the completed project. The application process went smoothly and we got the permit issued in less than three weeks. There were no back and forth with the City since all the requirements were included in the application. Thank you Wilson!

It was a great experience working with W A Drafting. Mr Mathews was very patient in working with our requirements and modifications as we continuously improved the design.I was impressed by the level of detail that was incorporated into the development plan, including in shareable 3D.The end product was ready for city permit on time and was very clear to the contractors. I will definitely recommend W A Drafting and will go back to them for future design and drafting work.

Working with Mr. Mathews @W A Drafting was a wonderful experience. The W A Drafting team represents among the highest levels of service and dedication I have ever experienced. Mr. Mathews was very patient; his design capabilities are exceptional and were very precise to our requirements. Responses to our questions were turned around very fast. Answers were clear and where necessary detailed enough for us to make informed decisions quickly. In the end, he provided us with an exemplary design for our plan. Mr. Mathews is a true professional! He went the extra mile at every stage of our design project. I even had a chance to talk to his P. Eng. and HVAC Designer who too were very knowledgeable and professional!Great customer service from beginning to end of the project & the fee charged were very nominal (three to four times less than other design companies I consulted!). I would recommend W A Drafting Service unreservedly.

Do not use this company, they take your money but you won't get any plans that are usable. Currently in small claims court trying to get a refund. Their website portrays them as a team of draftsmen and engineers, this is not the case , there is no team, this is a person working out of his house. The drawings I received do not even remotely meet building code. Would give them no stars if I could
