Recommend booking Ryan L if you are looking for a new stylist. After my mum came home with the best cut I’ve seen her have in a decade, I booked in. As someone who books a “minimal” hair appointment as in no colour / just a cut salons often make you feel insignificant, and Ryan’s enthusiasm for doing my “basic” cut made me immediately comfortable. I genuinely felt beautiful when my chair was spun around at the end. Left with recommended products and a renewed excitement to style my hair. Most importantly I have a cut that still looks decent if I just wash and air dry.

I went to Chatters today for the first time and I got a colour and cut from Rhoda and she was fantastic!I love my hair! I feel like a new woman. Rhoda was very professional and gave me exactly what I asked for and more. She was super nice too! Thanks Rhoda!

We went to get my daughter's hair cut. She wanted to cut it in a short bob. Rebecca did her hair and she did an amazing job. She didn't even charge us the full quoted price. I totally recommend this place and Rebecca. The atmosphere was calm and friendly and the salon was well organized and clean. Going back for my hair this weekend.

Love love love this salon!!I have been going for years and have had a few of the hairdressers do my hair and they are all great!!My favourite here is Tho, I book her everytime! She does such a good job and she is so kind and sweet. We have the best conversations. The whole salon is super clean, very professional and good vibes throughout. Definitely recommend going here for your next hair cut!!

Reza is absolutely amazing!!!! I love what he does with my hair and he’s very friendly and very hair knowledgeable. He treats me like family. I trust very few people with my hair and Reza is definitely one of them.I recommend him to anyone!! Truly a gifted hair stylist thank you for making me look beautiful I appreciate it.

I saw Christy and she was wonderful. Very accommodating & understanding. She took time to understand my wavy curls and discuss anything I asked about regarding my hair. This is the nicest haircut I’ve had at my current shorter than usual length of hair. Would recommend!

Rebecca did an absolutely amazing job on my daughters hair. My daughters hair is extremely thick and she made it so nice and thinned it out so nicely with some beautiful layers! She was so nice to us and made my daughter feel so happy and beautiful! Which is so important at such a young age! My daughter is 7 and we had the greatest experience at Chatters! Thank you so much! The whole environment and all the staff there were do happy and friendly it was amazing to see! I can't wait for her to do my hair in a couple of weeks!

Reagan was the one who cut my hair. I asked her to cut my bangs just a little bit and I told her I cut my bangs a while back and she proceeded to tell me that I am a horrible hairdresser when she actually made it worse than how it was before. She then looked at my hair and asked who did my hair last time and I told her Donna did and she said that Donna did a terrible job except when Donna cut my hair I loved how she did it. Reagan cut my bangs extremely short to the point where it’s above my eyebrows and you can see my forehead. I also told her I wanted my layers shorter and she said she didn’t want to do it. She cut the bottom of my hair and my layers almost the same length. She basically cut it how SHE wanted to cut my hair not how I wanted it done. I won’t be going back to Reagan anymore and she did not do a good job on my hair.

I walked in with dry…damaged..old hair. Reza transformed my hair. I left feeling amazing! He was so focused. He did not rush through the appointment. I’m definitely booking with Reza next visit!
