I just received my first ever order from Big Country Raw, which was a variety of dehydrated treats and chews for my dog (chicken feet, chicken necks, beef trachea, etc.) Everything looks to be of good quality and my order was delivered on time. The only negative was that everything is packaged in plastic and it would be cool to see more eco-friendly packaging. I do understand that there may be challenges with this nature of products though. Will buy again!

I’ve had my dogs on BCR for almost a year now. I noticed a difference in them within one week. I love the variety and the price is nowhere near as bad as I thought I was going to have to spend putting them on raw.

Have proudly used Big Country Raw food for over 7 years now and all of my pets are in excellent health! Have raised a few foster dogs and puppies on BCR with great success, and my own large breed puppy who matured beautifully with excellent muscle tone and overall structure balance. Customer service has always been top notch, great quality product and a formulation I actually trust. Love the XL grind, keep up the great work - can't recommend enough!

I've ordered a few times for large deliveries and this service is fantastic. The products are also great and really keep feeding interesting for my picky-pants poodle. Drivers have been excellent, accommodating and good at communicating - so it's very obvious when deliveries will be arriving and nothing gets missed. Products are packed economically and discount tickets for next time are always included with the bill of sale. Amazing quality and service in a time where that is rare!

I just switched my dog Zoe to BCR Beef Dinners 2 days ago. I switched her from Acana kibble since she was only eating about a tiny palm orIt a day, for about a week and an half. She also has a very sensitive stomach so I have to be careful what she eats.All I can say is, as soon as she is given her portion in he bowl, it’s gone in less than a minute. She loves the taste of it and whenever I get it out of the fridge she is right there with me waiting. I also mix the Thrive Pumpkin Powder and I use Smart Earth Camelina Oil for her Omega 3 supplement.Thank you so much BCR for making such a convenient dinner for dogs, and that makes my girl excited & happy to eat again!

We have two giant breed rescues who have been on a BCR diet since we adopted them 3 years ago. The quality of their food is noticeable every day in the health of their coats, eyes and the enthusiasm that greets every breakfast and dinner. We mix up their BCR with additional items such as quail eggs, mashed pumpkin, sardines and kale. It feels good to know that we are doing what we can to give them the best life possible and the best food.

Since I have 2 dogs, I always split their meal and keep close eyes when they are eating.Today, I found a plastic inside their meal and my dog almost ate it because it was mixed in with food. (This piece of plastic is separate from the packaging and was embedded in the food)If I wasn’t careful, my dog could have choked or worse.Do not recommend this product or brand. Unprofessional delivery to careless quality controls. Company should be ashamed of their poor business practices

I have been using Big Country Raw for my 3 dogs for more than two years now. I wish I had started sooner.They are large breed dogs. One is a senior and two are 2yrs old. One of the two year old dogs I raised from 8 weeks of age and he has never had kibble since I brought him home. The other youngster is a rescue, and she thought that she died and gone to heaven when she got here and realized she got to eat REAL food.They are all doing extremely well on this product, and I have noticed big changes in my senior dog. Her coat is shinier and softer, she has more energy, and she is more playful.We mix the proteins up all the time. There isn't one that they don't like. I also LOVE the fact that it comes in the waxed tubs and not plastic. For this reason alone I would support this company.Please keep up the great work at Big Country Raw. Please don't sell to some large corporation that will just ruin things. Us pet parents rely on companies like yours. I FINALLY feel good about what I feed my dogs. Thanks a million.

Since my preferred pet store switched to the Big Country Raw selection of frozen meals, I begun to purchase it. The quality of the food has continually decreased. It is now to the point that my dogs are turning their nose up to it and preferring to eat dry kibble. Not to mention my dogs begun to have gastrointestinal issues that had progressively worsened. Since I no longer purchase this brand my dogs have begun to be excited for suppertime again and the stomach issues are gone. I would recommend against this brand until some serious quality control is put in place.
