The worst courier service ever..No slips left at the door, incorrect tracking information when you do find it...and the worst office hours ever for pick up should you not just give up altogether

I was left a door tag stating I wasn’t home during delivery, but no one knocked, buzzed our unit, or called. We were home all day. Called during business hours several times to ask a question but no one answered.

The Absolute Worst. 1 star only because there is nothing lower.I will not buy from any company that uses them. No attempt was made to deliver my elderly mother's package. The driver got into the building without ringing and just left a 'second attempt' notice on the mailbox when she had been at home for days. At least Canada Post will have keep your undelivered package at the closes location. If you have to drive 9km across town to the Loomis depot to get it, what's the point in paying for delivery. It isn't possible for everyone to drive that far.Only Canada Post or Amazon for us from now on.

Didn't even attempt delivery.Out on the truck, nobody even came by the delivery address.Next day, someone played nicky-nine-doors, slapping a missed delivery" notice

I was expecting a package and tracked it online. Online ICS said there was an attempted delivery tues but no one left an attempted delivery slip. Then wed someone attempted to deliver and left a slip with both will attempt delivery again on Fri and pick up at ICS checked off- very confusing. Then I signed the bottom of the attempted delivery slip wed night for the company to leave the package in the lobby. Then Thurs I found a second attempted delivery slip attached to the one I signed to just leave the package!! Online it still said that they would attempt delivery Friday so I had my husband go to the lobby and wait for 20min fri am at the time they had attempted to deliver wed and thurs…no one showed. There is no pick up address on any of the attempted delivery slips and he had to call ICS to find out where the package was located…what a nightmare I’ll be contacting the company who I ordered from to never use ICS again.

My parcel was out for delivery; I rearranged my schedule in order to be available to receive the package; it did not arrive. Pathetic!

Genuinely the worst courier ever. They didn’t even try to deliver the package and didn’t leave a notice so by the time I noticed I had to pick it up they sent it back.

15 years of packages from this company and they have successfully delivered ONE package and they just return the rest of the packages because god forbid they actually look for an address that is correctly written on the label. despite the fact that they are LITERALLY 2 MINUTES FROM ME. Possibly the WORST courier on the island.

I was unable to get to phone fast enough and missed the 1st delivery attempt.The slip states they will attempt delivery again today. I make sure to have my phone with me everywhere I go. No call. I contact customer service. 20 minutes later, I am told my package has been given to another company, loomies".I'm perplexed why a shipping company would hand my perishable package to another shipping company. The lady explains that they are "sister companies". I don't care about their contractual arrangements

Failed to deliver - claimed an attempt was made. No notification left as claimed. Recipient was at destination address at the time delivery was claimed to have been attempted. Recipient was present near door at all times. Not a good experience, certainly will never use this courier or recommend them to others.
