Salti Yoga
I practiced at Salti while in Kingston for work. I was so grateful to find such a great space to practice. I did two classes with Jo, they were absolutely amazing. Jo’s angel voice guiding me through shavasana was sublime. I also did a fast paced hot flow with Kat, challenging and so rewarding. I look forward to going back!

I have only been there a few times but the space is so great I can see myself going all the time. The staff are all friendly and carry great energy. I just know it will be a great spot to build a long lasting yoga practise

Absolutely amazing Studio and instructors. This is a yoga studio for everyone: they always offer modifications for each position; there are challenging but also relaxing and hot yoga classes available. The atmosphere is laid back and the facilities are super clean and welcoming. Absolutely love it!
