The first time I had Richard work for us was a mobile home we had botten and it was a rent to own, after putting it up for sale and having an offer Richard discovered the person we rented to own almost scammed us and Richard saved us 47,000 ! He is unbeliveable over the years he has helped us with many different situations. He is so kind, honest always has time for a question or two. If only every other business was like his !
