I tried to cancel this contract for six months already. What you get when you call is an answering machine. And if you state like I did that you want to cancel the contract you won't get any call back. There are a lot better choices out there.

Don't waste your time ! Company recommend highly by a relative. Called for estimate and info. Woman very nice, etc etc . Was going to confirm visit from Joe.Promises call back. This was early August. Never heard back. Person who recommended asked if I had contacted. Said if he didn't know me so well he'd be sure I was lying. Could not believe they did not call.Fast forward 3 weeks and hubby calls. Very apologetic and will get back tomorrow ".Haven't heard a peep. Guess they don't want new business or they are not reputable.I think anyone who wants a security system should look elsewhere ."

We used them for our first house. Had a good experience. Used them for the 3rd home ... I cannot get anyone on the phone ever. There's no help. Very disappointed.

Be careful with this company . We asked on phone to cancel our contract and they are still changing our account . We called them few times but they do you answer .
