FAST TIME WATCH & JEWELLERY REPAIR

I recently had my Fossil watch repaired by Cindy. I had accidentally immersed it in water and although the watch worked, the face of the watch was filled with moisture. I took the watch in for repair with little faith that it could be fixed. Cindy spent a great deal of time working on it and then suggested I take it home with further instructions to get the moisture out. Her advice worked and I took it back for her to put the watch together again. This watch was a gift from my son so I was thrilled that she fixed it. She didn’t even charge me a thing despite the time spent on fixing it.Cindy, thank you for your expertise, professionalism and fantastic service! I will definitely recommend you to others.

Fast time watch and jewelry says it all in its name. They are very fast, efficient with the best customer service. Everyone working there always has a smile on their face! I wouldn’t trust anyone else with my watches.

I had the best service at this location! Years ago I received a Rose Gold watch for a special occasion. Unfortunately, the watch was very damaged and would have to have the crystal replaced, new “hands” attached and the bracelet fixed. I was astounded when I saw the repair! It looked like a brand new purchase. The cost was minimal for the work completed and well worth it! I highly recommend this service.

Only reason for 1 star is I can’t give 0 starsI took my watch here because it was running slow and asked for a tune up…..cost me 190 I got the watch back a whole month later and not working properly….they sent it back again and after another 3 weeks as far as I can tell it’s working but there’s now a large hair in side the glass…don’t use this company for anything other than a battery change

Good selection of watches, staff are friendly and knowledgeable. On site watch sizing it went quick and easy.

Should be last Last Time Watch & Jewellery Repair! My son had me drop his watch off to this establishment to install a battery in his Brand New Authentic GUCCI Smart Watch! They installed the battery and showed me it was working! From the time I left to get a coffee from the food court (around the corner) and returned all of sudden there was a screw stripped upon putting it back together and required to be mailed away! My son was not impressed with the service! After being told it would be (1) week it has now been 4-1/2 weeks and still don't have the watch! They're becoming more and more rude every week we call to check the status of the watch! Highly recommended checking out other options before leaving a $5,000 watch with this establishment!

I had brought in 3 watches that needed batteries. One watch was over 25 years old and the strap had rotted away. Cindy quick found a silicone replacement strap that was a perfect replacement and on sale. Since I wasn't sure if this LED watch numbers still worked I asked her to test it first before adding a new battery and strap. Sure no problem she said. One other watch we had taken the back off ourselves to try to change the battery but then could not get it back together again. Once again Cindy said No Problem. She said to give her about 45 minutes and they would be ready ,which they were. So, great ,friendly, professional, knowledgeable fast service. You can't ask for more. Great location at the mall so lots of free easy parking. I would definitely recommend Fast Time Watch

Once again Cindy was able to get the perfect strap for one of my watches. As a watch collector it’s nice to have such great customer service for batteries, straps and watch repairs.
