We had two fireplaces cleaned and inspected, in addition to a dryer vent cleaning. The communication was excellent, arrival was timely, and the price was lower than all other quotes received. The serviceman was polite and friendly, and readily answered all questions. The work was completed in a neat, efficient manner, and pre/post pictures were provided. I will definitely be a return customer and highly recommend this business.

Zach came out and did a great job. I was involved with the installation of our fireplace and woodburning stove as well as cleanings in the past. I was impressed with Zach's knowledge and professionalism. Very clean and thorough. Annalee in the office is great too. We had to reschedule several times and they were very accommodating. STOP RIGHT HERE - YOU NEED TO CALL SAFEHOME FOR ANY CHIMNEY REPAIRS!We had Zach come out in March to take a look at our ancient fireplace that didn't work in our home we recently purchased (after calling 5 other fireplace companies who didn't have time and also couldn't service gas/log fireplaces like ours and sent us away with no help) - Zach was excellent to work with and also was able to explain in terms that was easy to understand as a non-chimney expert. He laid out pricing, which was much cheaper then we initially expected, and even in the snowy winter month, climbed on our roof and troubleshot with photos to explain to us the issue so we could see. All for a free estimate :)Jake and Dom showed up this week and quickly finished our job in a whopping 2 days. They did many layers of new brick repair, rewired out entire gas line with a new line, and put in a new gas log set as well as cleaned out our chimney, which was very dirty and gross from age and non-use. They were both extremely personable, friendly and clearly know every thing there is to know about fireplaces and chimneys. They stayed until 7:30PM last night making sure everything worked and was installed correctly before taking off and even took time to walk us through everything and show us how to use our new gas log set.I HIGHLY suggest these guys, they were so easy to work with and took such a huge stress off our backs to get this finished prior to winter this year. You are making a mistake by not calling SafeHome for any of your fireplace needs, they know their stuff!

From the time I spoke with him on the phone, to his punctuality, to his communication throughout diagnosis of my gas fireplaces issues, to a quick correction of the problem with only a $59 truck charge ... the service he provided was excellent.
