The plants I ordered shipped fast and were perfectly wrapped not even one broken leaf, very healthy plants in good soil! I highly recommend!!

Every person working here was so helpful and we felt taken care of. They have an amazing selection of products. Isaac went above and beyond in helping us with all of our questions. The best customer service we have had. His passion really shines through. He was so wonderful that we have decided to name the giant delicious monster that we are bringing home after him. We will definitely be back for all of our gardening needs.

My 8-year-old asked to tag along with me on in the hopes he would see the dogs. It was close to closing time on a Sunday evening and a nice gentleman on staff took the time to chat with my son, grab some treats and show off some of the tricks Ruby could do. Then, he gave my son a turn doing the same. We left with what came looking for and some additional beautiful flowers for the garden.We live equadistant between Springwater Garden Center and big box stores.I will never debate which store to go to. The five minutes this gentleman gave us to connect is why we shop here. Thank you for connecting with your customers.

My boyfriend and i took a trip here Monday May 8th and i was incredibly pleased with the selection of tropicals and succulents! The staff was incredibly helpful, i left with some beautiful plants and i will absolutely return! I will be sending all my friends here!

Krystal & her husband Tony were amazing. Although when we went there, we weren't looking for anything in particular but still we were treated in a warm & friendly manner.Great customer service, large variety of beautiful & healthy plants reasonably priced. We ended up buying the Jade & the Rex Begonia. Highly recommend this place.

I would not recommend ordering a plant from this store if it’s being shipped. My monstera Dubai was dead on arrival, the soil was completely dried out and the roots fell apart. Will not be ordering from this store again. Poor customer service as well. *** EDIT: I’m not looking for a refund, as I did not take “photo evidence” of the dead plant. Just trying to warn other buyers of potential shipping problems. Thank you.
