My friend and I had such a good experience here yesterday! We got our second holes on our ears pierced and Baylee was fabulous. She was so friendly and thorough explaining everything and she did an incredible job! We left so happy.

Went this afternoon to get my daughters ears pieced and was extremely happy with the service and job they did. The area was clean and the employee, Zeinah did a great job with my daughter and was super professional! They did both ears at once which was a little shock to my poor little one but a much easier process then if we did one at a time! Great Suggestion! She also took their time with placement and ensured that I was happy with everything before anything happened.

Horrible experience, no costumer service at all, manager kept staring me and my friend down. Manager (older lady with brown hair) was also talking to someone on her phone (earbuds in both ears) and it definitely wasn’t about work. Was swearing around young children and was overall unwelcoming.

Stop getting piercings at shops like this, go to a parlor. Endless issues with piercing this way and I can tell you for sure it's anyone they hire HAS to do this. There is no choice for the employee at all. If I could get them shut down for not having the same rules as piercing and tattoo parlor I would. I am an old employee and this should be avoided at all costs. However if you need trendy fun stuff this is your spot.

Absolutely HORRIBLE! The individual working as well as the manager were EXTREMELY rude. I basically left there in tears. When your three year old is asking why the adults in the store were so rude, you know something is wrong. I actually took the time to call their head office and put a complaint in because I have was so taken back at the lack of professionalism in that store. I was ready to write off Claire’s completely, but thankfully the manager in the Kildonan Place location restored my faith in human kind. Claire’s, you should be re staffing this location and hiring a manager that has some respect for others.

Worst decision getting my ears pierced here. I’ve had them for about a year now and they’re still infected and bleeding every night. I would have given it a 1 star but the lady that pierced it was very sweet…

called before i went nobody answered my phone call.Went there about 6:50pm and the sales refused to do the piercing for my girl and I ask to see the options so we can come back another day turns out ignore us.Poor serviceSeems don’t want to work or even talk to peopleNot recommend and will never come back

The ladies that worked there were extremely helpful and I was so happy to find out it was buy 3 items get 3 items free. So I got a few stocking stuffer done. Thank you for the wonderful service and clean atmosphere. I will definitely come back next time I'm in the city of Winnipeg.
