Great place, lots of different items to choose from and at a decent price from r end items. Friendly and attentive staff. Only 4 stars just because the lines are really like long at times and there could be more staff at the checkouts.

The staff is very friendly and helpful, they continue to keep up with unpacking incoming stock at a steady pace so customers have the opportunity to purchase new items..it's clean organized and keep carts in the store for customers that have any difficulty in carrying merchandise...thank you for opening the store in Kenora

Busy store two cashiers only. A third cashier came and by the time I got to the front of the line the furthest cashier opened up. When I got to her she simply walked away. Decided to close her till no warning. People behind me went to the two closer cashiers and I was stuck going back and kindly the next person in line saw what happened understood and let me in. The cashier who checked me out in the end heard the whole thing and said nothing to me. I’ve had much better service in the past, today was disappointing. The stock in store was pretty good and there were a good number of staff on the floor.
