Alpha Dental Group

I started coming to Alpha Dental a few months ago, and I've been loving the services here. The staff is friendly and professional, and the facility is clean. My dental hygienist Deanna is great - super knowledgeable and friendly, and my teeth always feels super clean after! I had quite a few cavities as well, and Dr. Kim did a fantastic job filling them in and letting me know which teeth I should watch out for any future cavities. I will definitely be coming back here again!

I had been going to alpha dental for years and had always had a great experience so I took my 2 year old little girl there for her first check up appointment. Unfortunately she has the start of cavity which I had made an appointment to address. The front of office staff met me with such harsh judgment multiple times that I didn’t feel they were a good fit for us any longer.Disappointing to say the least and I do not recommend alpha dental for your children.

My experience at Dental Alpha Group was so great that would be difficult to forget such a wonderful, professional and considerate team! Before knowing this amazing team, to be exactly a day before I went to another dentist office because I was suffering a terrible pain. I left that office disappointed because I spent there about an hour and a half just for the X rays, an estimate with lots of 'extras' and an appointment in eight days to do the treatment. But the pain continued and I couldn’t way too long.A good friend of mine highly recommended the Dental Alpha Group team and her fantastic dentist Dr. Shivji. I called the dental office reception right away I was attended by Carla, her efficiency and kindness not only impressed me but made me feel in family and in good hands!Next morning when I went to see the doctor I came across with great team, very well-organized and kind. Dr. Shivji was exceptional! He was very professional and genuinely kind. He did a careful examination and listened careful to me. I noticed his awareness on the importance to evaluate both, X-rays and physical examination with what the patient has to say. Also, I was highly impressed for his clarity and honesty to advise the best treatment for my case… Undoubtedly, the difference from my previous experience, a day before was abysmal! I feel fortunate to have met Dr. Shivji and the great team at Dental Alpha Group. I would highly recommend to anyone!

Dr Sandhu is the best dentist ! She’s very patience and gentle with our 3 kids (6, 9, 12). After each check up she always provided me with detailed info on our kids teeth and gave additional advises on how to keep our kids teeth in top shape. 2 years now with no cavity for our 2 girls and our little one has a small one that she will take care of soon. I strongly recommend her if you are looking for a family dentist. The front staff at this place is also very friendly. If your kids are into rock and mineral stones, there are many on display throughout the office. They also decorated for Halloween !

I had an appointment with Dr. Adnan Shivji after years of avoiding anyone coming in contact with my teeth (due to bad past experiences).He's truly a lovely and genuine guy.I was preparing for the worst and came out surprisingly pleased and even looking forward to our next visit (strangely enough).If you're feeling anxious, I recommend Dr. Adnan Shivji. He's very funny and will definitely put you at ease.Good luck :)

When I was looking for a dentist for my family, Alpha was suggested.From the first time I had my appointment there I was very impressed with the services I got.The staffs are friendly, the environment is welcomingDr Shivji, was amazingHe explained everything I needed to know prior to my first tooth extraction, reassured me answered all my questions and generally made me feel as comfortable as possible.I really recommend this team as your care is their utmost concern and they will go above and beyond to make sure you get the best one

I hadn't been to the dentist in over ten years and when I broke my tooth I couldn't ignore it any more. My Dad suggested going to Alpha Dental since it's just a five minute drive away and I was anxious all the way up to the appointment. As a new patient they treat you well, don't judge you for your history, and make sure you're feeling fine every step of they way.My tooth extraction that day and every visit since has been extremely inviting and welcoming, even when some procedures scared me and had me worried for days. Dr.Shivji is more than just good at his job and he's treated me with kindness and respect every single time.

DO NOT GO HERE! Their dentists are very rude and dismissive. They missed a problem that developed years ago which turned into an even larger problem and tooth loss. When we tried to address this mistake they made, they became very hostile and dismissive and told us that they didn't want to fix it or cover the cost of their mistake. Had they done their jobs properly in the first place, we wouldn't be in this position. They both took no accountability for their mistakes and were extremely un-empathetic and rude. If you care about your teeth, you will not waste your time and money here.

I haven't had a dentist in a long time but this year I finally got extended healthcare and Alpha Dental just happened to be the closest/most convenient for me long term. But I am so happy I went with them because both times I've been already has been a great experience - everyone is so kind and friendly and they're so efficient too! Maybe I've just grown used to the healthcare crisis that's made it near impossible to see a doctor within a reasonable time but it is so refreshing how easy and straight forward booking and going to Alpha Dental has been! Dr. Safa is really nice and was able to answer all my questions and concerns, and both hygenists I've had so far were great! Reception too is really nice and fast! 10/10 will continue going here!
