I was very pleased when I met him many years ago ..He was excellent!!I moved away from canada with John still looking after my investment till I found out my portfolio wasn't updated and no knowledge of anythingI was 70k missingHe took advantage while i was out of Canada using my money without my authorisationI'm surprised he's still in busines as many were after himI came by chance seeing this post where his clients are still being given shady unprofessional treatment.I hope he reads this

John has been doing our taxes, American and Canadian, for more than 5 years, and also serving as our consultant for investments. He's easy to get an appointment with, and returns calls and emails quickly.

John did my taxes for 3 years. One day, for no reason that I was ever able to discover, he suddenly stopped returning my calls. Over the next year I called and emailed him dozens of times trying to get my tax records. He never answered my calls or returned my emails. Finally I had to drive 6 hours to his house and threaten to involve the CRA before he gave me my records. I have no idea why John would do this, but it seems to be a pattern as I see other reviews of similar experiences. He is NOT someone to trust with your finances.

Do not invest here! My relative has been asking for their investment back for years now. Every month it’s more and more excuses. I am worried for anyone to trust this place with anything financial.
