Called Brian for a consultation with some issues, he was very nice and professional over the phone. Gave me his honest opinion whether I should move forward with my case or not. I previously called other lawyers and was being pressured into paying up front before even getting an opinion, Brian was able to take a brief look at my case and took his time to answer all my questions. My Lawyer, Ashley Taunton, never listened to me. We never saw eye to eye. I felt that she had judged me and found me guilty. I never got the feeling that she was on my side. Even when she dropped me I feel I was the last to know! Not impressed and would not recommend them for divorces. Ending on a good note, the receptionist was very professional and friendly. I felt she was on my side more than my lawyer.

awful experience. DO NOT use this firm. they can’t even get my first name or last name correct on any records/documentatjon yet charged me $3000.... for what? errors? phone calls? i am no further ahead than when i first contacted them in january 2018. received statement of account (consisting of 14 items) that apparently costs $3000. unacceptable. buyers beware!

Owen Kirkaldy is a terrible person and a terrible lawyer! I trusted him to guide me through a major turning point and he not only treated me with disrespect, his comments were completely out of line. He made me feel completely inadequate, like I was a waste of his precious time. It makes me sick to my stomach that I even spent a dime on his terrible service.
