Impark service is not flexible. Covid provincial restriction applied on Saturday May, 29 to have employees working from home. Got charged for the service on June 1, called the HEADQUARTERS if they can do a refund or at least put a hold on a service, and push the payment for the next month or after the restrictions end. Keep metioning that they can't put a hold on the service or refund as cancellation has to be noticed 30 days ahead, the only available option is to cancel and sorry we cant do a refund! How could I notice Impark when I dont even have a 30 days notice ahead from the province for the restrictions???
