Clinique Médicale en Route - Square Victoria

Went recently to do a blood test, and PAID money to have the results from their private lab. Nurse first told me I had to be fasting (when I did not) and then was unable to draw blood. She blamed me the FIRST time for moving. The SECOND time she told me my vein shut down. The THIRD time she told me my vein shut down again. She wanted to go for a FOURTH time but I quit at that point and left with only half the required tests. NEVER have I had someone attempt to draw blood 4 times from me and unsuccessfully.

My family doctor is awesome! She is very helpful and always gives the right support and best solutions. The problem is the reception, she is very unprofessional and unfriendly.

Horrible. It is almost impossible to have an appointment. The receptionist is aweful and dosent even answer you when you ask for information or appointement. We went there in an emergency in the morning but after waiting almost 45 min at the reception there was no one in the entire place. If you can, just go anywhere else.

Went on Wednesday August 12thThe doctor was lovely; upbeat and very helpful.However, the receptionist lacked professionalism and maturity. We were told to wait a minute before uttering a single word, she then proceeded to have a full-on conversation with an Asian receptionist that was on her way out; they spoke about their schedules, food, and and then gossip about another coworker who apparently grabs her a$$ all day".Are these really the best people to receive and screen patients?"

Horrible clinic. Receptionist/secretary of option 3 is rude, interrupts, shows zero empathy or listening skills. Appointments are a month later and it's impossible to get ahold of your own doctor/surgeon until that appointment. Avoid this place. Hospital they'll send you for surgery, Verdun, is another mess.

I tried 3 different branches of en Route medical centers. I found very interesting thing about all of them. I'm wondering if anyone else ever found the same thing or not?WHY, all the en route clinics only have such front desk/ receptionists, why only the receptionists in these centers behaving exactly the same way? Extremely rude, disrespectful and boorish. You can find reviews here since years ago, it sounds like their behaviour never changed during the years, in other words, no manager asked them to change despite of such negative reviews during the years. maybe someone trained them or asked them to behave in this way. I think these series of Clinics should be revoked and banned.

The doctor I had at this clinic was nice, but I have been unable to book another appointment with him for months. I mostly need to renew my prescription for a chronic health condition.The receptionists are extremely rude and lack humanity. This is a doctor's office where people call because they are SICK, need a referral, or need their prescriptions for all sorts of conditions. THIS IS NOT A GAME to play with people's time or health, NO ONE is booking an appt with a doctor just for fun.I was literally told its not my problem" that I could not book an appointment with my doctor or get my prescription. I asked if they could please call back when they had the updated schedule from the doctor

Horrible place to do business with. To get a code from the doctor it took them 5 weeks, many phone calls, ytime wasted and many communications from my pharmacie. At the end they never got it done...They kept pointing fingers to the doctors and the doctors to the staff. No-one was responsible fo this or took care to solve the issue, which was very simple to begin with : a code allows a medication to be between 30 and 50% off the regular price.... Last phone call was 1,5 hours wait and hung up on me at 5pm as it was the end of the day. If you do business with them be ready to wait all day on the phone if you get lucky enough to get service.

The receiptionist is terrible she gave terrible customer service and she knew she did hence why when I asked her for her name she said it wasn’t necessary. I know if she gave great service she’s willing provide her name. When asked for a supervisor she refused. And even refused to give me the address for where she was sending me. She full out told me to google It. Your the receciptionst telling me to go somewhere tell me the address I’m going to. Ugh the doctor covering for Alexandra isn’t much better either congrats to your child and all but we need you back u were amazing the doctor wasn’t it and the receptionist needs to GO!

Horrible Service. I booked an appointment and they do not even advertise that is over the phone. After driving to the clinic and finding that is closed, I am able to speak to the recepcionist which is very disrespectful. On top of that, no doctor called at the programmed hour.
