Mark is truly the best. He is helping me train my 4 month old Portuguese Water Dog (PWD), Radley. Mark is very knowledgeable and skilled. His methods/strategies with Radley (and me) are kind, clear, and direct. Radley is doing great - very responsive to training. I am learning how to be a PWD leader mother - owner. On behalf of my mom…How do you thank someone who’s made such a huge difference in your life?We started working with Mark for basic training for Sam. We wanted to be able to take Sam anywhere and for him to listen. Whether we wanted Sam to come, sit, not jump on people out of excitement.Sam does know his commands, he is great at home, but still working on getting him to listen all the time at the dog park. Always a work in progress.Sam was almost 2 and I noticed a change in his behaviour. Normally happy or at least indifferent to new dogs at the park. He started barking and showing teeth to dogs he didn’t know. So what do I do? I call Mark. Sam and I began to work with Mark and his dog Jasmine. It took time and dedication, a lot of time. Went through all the steps, graduating one before moving to the next. Understand Sam’s bred instinct is to protect, and it may take time to make new friends. At the endSam was excited to see Jasmine and wanted to play. I can’t express in words how heart warming it was to see them play together and the relief that I felt. All the hours [14] all our hard work had paid off. I can’t thank Mark enough or put into words what this meant to me.I would recommend Mark without hesitation. He train’s owners how to be good dog owners and gives them much more than they paid for. This man is worth every dime and knows his stuff. Thank you Mark, I couldn’t have done it without you

We just successfully completed the Basic Obedience Training Course with Mark. Our pup is now 5 1/2 months and we all benefited greatly from Mark’s expertise. He is responsive, clear, direct, caring, knowledgeable and honest. Highly recommend Mark’s services. We can’t wait to further engage in the next course once our pup is a bit older. Mark is amazing at what he does. The change we have seen in our pup is gigantic in a few short weeks. All positive based training and very reasonably priced for what he offers. His basic course is so much more than most 'basic training's courses other trainers offer

We used Mark to train our extremely active, mischievous and defiant poodle puppy, Harper. Mark is calm, patient, knowledgeable and very good at what he does. We noticed a big change in Harper when she began training with Mark. She now sits, lies down, stands, stays and comes on command (mostly, since she is still a crazy puppy). I would recommend LCOT to anyone interested in good dog training for good value.

My experience was excellent, my 7 month old dog went through the basic program and got some amazing training that will carry with her for her entire life. It was super affordable as it was not required all up front as payment as well as the ability to reschedule with a couple days notice really helped when the unexpected occurred. Thank you so much.
