Dr. Patricia ClugstonVancouver.I nearly died because of this Doctors neglect .I’m looking for health records from my time of treatment.I noticed on gateway..there is a record of the surgery but just the general surgeons name is mentioned. Not mention of dr. Clugston s involvment or the treatment I received. And yet the surgery is in the file with dr. Kuusk name. Something isn’t quite right about this.
