Ordered to go. The bread was hard as a diamond & problem a week old. I guess the clearly stoned girl working the counter figured I'd be long gone with the food before I could ask her to give me a halfway decent bun.

I love that this location has a drive-thru, it's super convenient. The service was exceptional, the employee was friendly, genuine and made me feel like a valued customer. The food was well made, was fresh and tasted delicious.

July, 9, 2023. Had a family birthday party at this location and can’t compliment the management and server and staff enough for their diligence and professionalism today for a party of over 20 people! The food came out fast, fresh and hot! And most importantly tasted great! Plates were cleared quickly and drinks refilled immediately when required! They even supplied the knife and plates and additional napkins for the birthday cake! Awesome + job done by Kim, Jeff and the kitchen staff!! Thanks again and you’ll see us again no doubt! And to the owner Ralph, you’ve got a great crew there my friend congrats!!

We been ordering Swiss take out for ages , we always love their hot , delish and fresh meal except for the salad always disappointment this is not the first time happened to our family never fresh .

One of the best Swiss Chalets I have been to in a long time when I arrived I was seated promptly server was very friendly and helpful and took time even with the kid's napkins were given without asking looking forward to come back here again.

The food was good.We had chicken with shrimp rice.The taste was good and the food was enough for one person. The service was good but i would say according to the customers there the service was slow and they didn't come until we asked them and no one attended us initially so we had to ring the bell and then someone came. If the restaurant is busy I understand but with less customers this shouldn't be done

Shamyra was amazing! The service was on point and the food was great. Her service is in line with what I see at high end restaurants - perfect timing for check-ins, refills, patient, pleasant voice and friendly. It's hard as parents to get a moment of peace and she help us get that during our meal. She got the high chair and crayons right away without asking. The whole place was very busy and she persisted to have perfect timing, stay calm, give great service and get all of our orders hot and perfect! It was a great dinner for us! I had to call her manager over and share the positive feedback. I can't go to any other swiss chalet after going to this one.

This is my go to Swiss chalet despite it being a bit out of the way. First time dining in and the service was quick maybe because it was a Sunday.They found me a draft really quick and my food and drink came shortly after despite the waitress being new. I got the new Nashville Hot Sandwich. I was a bit disappointed because the only hot part was it being freshly made. But it was surprisingly filling.Overall the experience was pleasant 5$ cocktails and they have a patio too!

Chicken, fries and sauce served cold. Spoke to manager.She dipping sauce was being served Luke warm, saying something about uniform heat. Made little sense to me.
