I dealt with Michael Smith as my sales associate, He did an amazing job of communicating, following up and explaining the process.He answered every one of my emails very promptly and was very accommodating with my schedule.His team did my final grade at my new house. The work was quality and they cleaned up after themselves.

River Valley Final Grading
River Valley was able to squeeze us in at the very end of the season to get our final grade complete. Because the ground was wet on the day we were scheduled for, the workers were not able to roll/rake at the end. They came back within a couple of days and finished the job. Vunya Griffith (owner) was always quick to respond and provided us with a clear idea of what to expect each step of the way. Our final grade passed the first time and we got our certificate in 6 business days!!

River Valley Final Grading
We used River Valley for our final grade and to deliver sod for our new home landscaping. Marianne was amazing to deal with, always professional, kind and quick to respond. After our rough grade failed from our builders landscaping department four times and took over 5 months to complete last year, River Valley was able to get us in at the very beginning of the season, over a year after we reached out to them initially. The final grade was complete and passed the first time and we had our certificate in 6 business day. This was such a relief after the headache we had dealing with our builder for the rough grade. The company was very accommodating with our delayed timeline and Marianne went out of her way to communicate with us the whole time we were waiting on our builder to get our rough grade completed. We have recommended this company to many new neighbors.

River Valley Final Grading
They did an amazing job. It was really night and day difference between them and my neighbours who went with someone else. The weather was a bit of challenge so they started a week later than expected but they were done in a day. They had submitted the proper paperwork to the city and my final grade certificate was received pretty much 2 days after the work was done. They were are real pros, cleaning up after they were done. They had all the plans before starting the work so that everything was done properly. They were recommend by my realtor JP from eXp realty. Also when I was shopping for my rocks the staff at Quality Landscaping had also recommended them without them evening know I had already chose them. They really know what they are doing.

We had River Valley do our final grading and landscaping and all I can say is that I never regret my choice! They provided an outstanding service from customer service to laying out the final materials. Marianne is an amazing person who handled all my concerns, confirmations and updates. She is knowledgable, professional and is always supportive throughout the entire process. Her patience, honesty and kindness is one of a kind and I truly appreciate that about her. I also appreciate Russel's team for giving us the result that we had in mind. They are amazing souls who are very approachable, they care about their work and they provided the best result they can provide. Their dedication, hard work and team balance is what makes them unique and I am blessed to have met them as well. Overall, this company is truly impeccable for their work and their reasonably competitive price that fits our budget! They mean business and can get the work done in a day! I highly recommend River Valley to anyone who needs to do their landscaping, whether you are installing from scratch or updating your landscape look. They were absolutely amazing to work with. We got our final grading done and it passed with the city the first time it was done. They were excellent with communicating and did an amazing job on our landscaping. I would highly recommend River Valley Final Grading for any of your landscaping needs.

Terrific job on the final grading. They don't cheap out on the amount of top soil and use a laser level to reduce the chance of a reinspection.
