We upgraded two bathrooms and replaced carpeting and baseboards throughout three bedrooms and a hallway. In the main bath, this included resizing a window to accommodate a larger shower.From the beginning, I could tell that Dylan was invested in making sure the project went well and would be according to what I wanted and to building codes. Out of all the contractors I met with, he was the only one that asked me for pictures in advance of the first visit so he could give some thought to the design. Even the subs he uses are top notch.Throughout the project, Dylan did his best to keep us updated, and I could tell that he was as invested in the quality of the workmanship as I was, which comforting. He also worked with us to accommodate changes in scope.He and his core crew of Danilo and Andrea work super hard and always made sure to clean up at the end of every day. While the project encountered a few hiccups along the way, including supply chain issues, Dylan always made them right. Hes knowledgeable and has the clients best interests at heart. I wouldnt hesitate to recommend DG Design & Build!

We hired DG Design to do a reno of our bathroom and bedroom in our downtown Vancouver condo - we were very happy with the outcome and would recommend them for future projects. Specifically, the tile workmanship was very well executed. DG communicated with us as the owners throughout the design and building process, was helpful with troubleshooting issues, and made sure that we were happy with the ultimate outcome.The bathroom work involved: (1) the removal of an existing custom shower and a bathtub, replaced with a larger 7' custom built tiled shower with two shower heads; (2) replacement of existing electrical fixtures with dimmable LEDs; and (3) the installation of custom shelving next to the shower for storage. The bedroom work involved new wiring and installation of a remote control ceiling fan and a new light fixture.

Dylan and his team provided excellent service and finished product for our kitchen and fireplace refresh in December 2021. I was impressed with their attention to protect our floors and furniture and how they kept things generally tidy during the project. I was working from home at the same time and I appreciated how they respected that we needed to co-exist in my home during that time. They were efficient and provided a quality result. Really happy with the finished result!
