BD Diesel Performance

They gave me a very bad experience. Multiple phone calls, I was lead on multiple times and shipping took 3 weeks instead of the stated 2-10 business days. Apparently one of the parts was on back order but nothing about that was said or stated before purchase. They also offer expedited shipping for a fee but that doesn’t make sense since the parts are on back order. Also there exhaust manifold studs are complete Junk. I’ve used Chinese parts better than them. This is coming from someone who takes there time. Cross threaded 5 holes but as soon as I would but the oem studs in it was fine. wouldn’t buy from them.

I've bought a number of items from BD now like intercooler, trans coolers, diff covers, oil pan, intake horn and a bunch of other stuff as well as new injectors just recently.Always been treated great by a friendly team when I call, and even got the royal treatment and tour from the owner himself when I decided to visit unannounced one day!Great people at a great company!!

Poor customer service, sold me a blown turbo from an iron horn kit, Will not be buying their trash ever again.

BD Diesel has always been fast, courteous and knowledgeable every time I've placed orders with them, have had questions or just discussing new products. I have had the honor of being on the BD Diesel Race Team for 3yrs now and am proud to have them backing me. The BD staging limiter is a MUST HAVE for any weekend warrior or full time drag racer. It makes for deadly consistent launches, chops reaction times and 60ft times. I recently had a long phone conversation with Brian Roth about 6.0 powerstroke injectors and the new BD Diesel 6.0 powerstroke stage 2 Screamer drop in turbo. I had some insights and thoughts as well as Brian. He was very tentative on listening at what I had to say and it lead to a couple description changes on the website. It's great to know that the owner of a big company will listen to a little guy in the industry like myself. I will definitely always strive to do my best in supporting the men and women at BD Diesel as they always have my back in supporting me and all of their valued customers. Went to buy everything to delete my 2020 ram, front counter girl couldn’t answer any questions and then guy from the back said my truck is garbage and that he wouldn’t do work on it, and talked to me like he was a god and I was his spit jar. HIGHLY recommend to NEVER visit this store. I’d give -5* if I could from that experience.

TERRIBLE… Spend almost 10 grand on a transmission and it has a bad valve body. They were suppose to send a new valve body 3 WEEKS AGO. They don’t answer phones or reply to emails. Pathetic customer service

I would not recommend this company. They do not stand behind their product. CHECK THEIR BBB RATING! I ordered a valve body that took a month and a half to arrive, their cores get epoxied as a permanent fix and is standard practice with the BD Valve body. This epoxy they used blew out and caused my input shaft to snap ruining a bunch of other transmission components that would have cost $7,000 to rebuild, but BD Diesel would not pay that invoice. I was told if the valve body was tested and they found it to be their fault, they would send me a new transmission because they could for half of the cost of the rebuild. As you would assume, they received their valve body and said everything was fine, there were no issues and would only refund me for the valve body and no further compensation even though they knew I was over 2,000 miles away from home racking up a hotel expense, waiting on them while they dragged their feet for 3 weeks. Customer service was terrible and not even the owner Christian Roth, would respond to an email or phone call.

Ordered online a high idle switch for my Superduty, paid for it on Mastercard. Waited weeks and weeks. Never heard anything. I had to follow up with the company, only to find out they had screwed up and not charged me shipping. Instead of just mailing me the part and owning the mistake, they canceled my order without telling me. Not a great way to do business, pretty disappointing. A stand up business would have just mailed it Canada post. I've since taken my business else where. Don't waste your time ordering online from these guys.

Spoke with sales people and ordered a pair of exhaust manifolds for 2019 ram. When my mechanic went to install them they told me they were the wrong part. After contacting the company they said they don’t make one for your model truck. After they had told me it supposedly would fit on my truck. My advice is buyer beware it was a very nice product but it cost me $104 to ship it back.

Save your time and Money and take your business to another company! I’ve been dealing with BD for over 3 months to trying to get my transmission warranted (Transmission is a year old) after back-and-forth and then losing the paperwork numerous times they finally agreed to warranty it so they sent a freight company to pick up my transmission after losing my transmission they finally found it then they called me informed me they would not warranty my transmission so I would need to pay freight for them picking it up and shipping me my transmission back! They have lost my business and 2 of my buddy’s that are dealers of there products will no longer sell the products.
