I would like to thank Felix Tang for this review. We purchased an Audi Q5 last year with Audi Queensway but couldn't book an appointment with them to check on some minor errors. The service reps send us to this dealership because they can take us in at the time we want, and book an appointment at 8:30 a.m. for us. The dealer opens at 9:00 a.m. And I was there around 7:45 a.m.What surprised me? Felix didn't mind helping me out and offered a shuttle service to the Finch subway. About one hour and a half later, I received a text message from The Audi Thornhill who informed me that the vehicle is ready to pick up.I didn't purchase the vehicle at this dealership but won't mind recommending friends and people to them in the future because I believe the service after the sales is the most important to keep your clients.
