Golf Town

Bought 1 glove and a shoe at this place tested them out on the driving range once didn’t like them. Didn’t let me return them this place is a total ripoff I had them for 3 days never coming back here again. Could not recommend enough to stay away.

Excellent customer service. Had a new M4 driver shaft fail that i bought at Golftown online and the staff were amazingly helpful in replacing the shaft on warranty with no hassle. 10 out of 10 would recommend!!!

Place is very nice and I can't wait to go back for more products.

The Assistant Manager Murray is kind, knowledgeable, and incredibly helpful! His customer service is top-notch! I definitely recommend seeing him if you have golf related questions or need equipment.

Worst experience !!Placed a order online for pick up ….. picked my order and pre paid , when I got the e mail saying it was ready I went into the store to pick it up .With my reference number and e mail they had a hard time confirming if it was even ready for pick up or if I was at the right store when it clearly said on the e mail store pick up location….. after all that they found it but it was not what I ordered it was the female bag for the 2023 Taylor made (white) bag when I clearly ordered the black bag as the e mail shown . I was told by a manager that I would have to go see another golf town location to see if they could trade me (golf bags) as there was nothing they could do ….. I will never buy anything from this south side location worst customer experience ever

(Not every location shows interest) in helping the customer. I live on the Northside and would never do business with 137 ave location. HOWEVER...The South Common Location is fantastic.I’ve never met a nicer and more professional rep than (“Rod W). He listened, took the extra time and effort to ensure I understood the differences, pro’s and cons on the equipment and answered all questions.Thanks again Rod...appreciate your service and help...!!

Jayce helped me check out the new Mizuno hot metals and was very helpful with any other questions I had. Great selection from bags to gloves to everything in between

Andrew at Golf Town went above and beyond. I was in the store 03/25/22 to buy a pair of golf shoes. I tried two pairs on both being Footjoy. I chose one. I boxed them up and asked the sales associate to put the other pair back. I grabbed a new golf glove and the shoes payed and left the store. I realized over lunch that I had mixed the boxes up and had actually payed $30 less then I should of. I felt really bad as the store was not only out the money the inventory was also going to be out. I headed back and talked to Andrew and explained what happened. He couldn’t believe I came back. Andrew accepted total responsibility even though I told him it was me who mixed up the boxes. He ended up discounting the shoes further and gave me a free sleeve of TM golf balls. I saved the best part for last not only did I mix the boxes up I put one of each pair of shoe in the box! I could of just said forget it and not gone back thinking I got a deal when in reality I had two different golf shoes. Thanks again Andrew you really restored a lot of personal faith in humanity! Highly recommend Golf Town Edmonton!

Overall, the manager Murray may seem friendly at the door, but makes you feel anxious to leave as he is not very personable or compromising. After buying a club for over $800, I wanted to instantly return it and go to DeBoer's and pay more. Luckily, Tate was there, and saved my experience.Overall, if you are looking for golf clubs, and can get them somewhere that people care about how that club helps or benefits you, check out somewhere else. Maybe DeBoer's, they seemed great.
