I have used Steve for my personal computer and seen him at work with company computers as well. His honesty and competence is unquestionable. I 100% feel confident in his pricing and abilities. I've worked in many offices and met many computer techs and I haven't worked with anyone better who goes above and beyond. Highly recommend!

Steve is super helpful! My teenager wanted a very specific laptop and he was able to find us one for a great deal super fast! He was also able to pull photos off of an ancient hard drive for me! Quick to respond and always friendly and helpful! Call him for all your tech needs!!

I was building a pc and had, what I believed to be, a serious issue, so I called around to some of the local shops but they were all busy. (Just bad timing I suppose.) Tek Solutions was also one of the places I had called that gave me a busy tone. While I didn't leave a message with Tek Solutions, to my surprise, he called me back! And not only did he call me back, he quickly, and professionally, solved my issue free of charge. While helping me troubleshoot, he was tremendously generous with his time and patient in helping me get my pc running. It was a very positive experience and if my treatment was any indication of their typical customer relations, then I highly recommend Tek Solutions as a premiere option for solving PC problems :)

I used Tek Solutions after reading positive reviews on the web and they weren't wrong. I had the best experience and service and would highly recommend Steve Just, particularly for anyone who is not tech savvy. We had router issues at home and also needed to upgrade our computer. Steve steered us in the right direction, explaining what we did and didn't need. We had a rough estimate of what we thought we'd spend to solve the router and replace the computer and ended up spending roughly half that amount because of Steve's advice and work. Our problems are now solved. He is honest, forthright and a properly qualified. Highly recommended.

The charge port on our laptop failed. The computer shop was recommending replacing the entire motherboard as the charge port was integral to it, but Tek solutions was able to use their in-house micro-soldering specialist to replace and repair JUST the charge port, for a fraction of the price. Came in for a good price and ahead of schedule, and Paul was friendly and helpful throughout the process. Highly recommend!

Tek Solutions has been looking after all of my technology needs over the last 11 years. He has built me two desktop computers over the years that have been a dream to use.
