I was at the store yesterday looking for a gift for my mother in law and don't really really know her taste, a lovely lady named Mandy helped me find the perfect bag. She didn't make me feel rushed and asked lots of questions. We even went as far as looking through mother in laws fb to see what kind of bags she had to get an idea of her taste. I ended up getting a wallet to match. I really appreciate the time the sales person took to work with me, the store was busy and when she would need to step away and talk to other customers she would politely excuse herself but always come back.

We’ve shopped at many Tory Burch stores. They don’t have the cheapest things, but they make good quality products. This store has a good selection of items. The staff that we dealt with were both friendly and helpful.

Great customer service, very friendly staff , especially Mandy (Manager). She always help me and I saw her helping another customers when they buy stuff for their grannies, aunties or other relatives. She always give best advice in very friendly manner, and run back and forth in peak time between customers so no one get disappointed.

I was shopping during Boxing Day and the store was super busy! The staff took their time to help me find the perfect bag- without feeling rushed just to close the sale. I don’t go here often, but when I do- everyone is so welcoming and friendly. Sometimes I can be in there for a long time because I’m so indecisive but they’re patient with me and I love how they show me different suggestions so I have a whole variety to look and choose from! Great staff!

I recently experienced a massive theft of my personal belongings where a lot of favourite Tory Burch items were taken.I haven’t been the happiest because of this issue but thankfully Sarah and other members at this TB location have helped push me in the right direction to overcoming my losses.I live in SK and often frequent TB stores on my travels. However, due to my most recent losses I have leaned on the convenience of contacting the store directly to source products!This was a success for me with the Winnipeg location! Everytime i come here and the manager is around she treats customers very poorly. I was looking through bags and she followed me everywhere in the store and every bag i would look at or touch she would make you feel like you can’t afford anything and give you the dirtiest look.

Yingyin is a very professional and polite associate that I’ve never met before. Stop by Winnipeg by accident and decided to buy some gifts for my family she gave me time to choose and gave me sincerely advices. I felt pressure when I shopped in other stores but in Tory Burch I felt welcomed, giving me personal time to shop and helped me quickly when I needed help. It was my great experience in Winnipeg and my family loved all the gifts.
