The UPS Store

I went to The UPS Store as I needed to ship a package, it was a great experience as this was the first package I've shipped. Moe helped me out and made the experience quick and easy. Very friendly and excellent customer service.

I recently visited a UPS Store and had the pleasure of receiving excellent customer service from one of their staff members. Despite being busy with other customers, the staff member took the time to assist me in resolving an issue with my UPS shipment.In particular, I had encountered a problem with my shipment and needed to speak with UPS customer service to resolve it. The staff member was more than willing to help, spending 30 minutes of her time on the phone with UPS to ensure my issue was resolved promptly and effectively.I was extremely impressed with the level of service and dedication shown by the UPS Store staff member. Her willingness to go above and beyond to help a customer speaks volumes about the quality of service provided by this UPS Store.Overall, I highly recommend this UPS Store to anyone in need of shipping services, as their staff is both friendly and highly competent in their work. I am grateful for the exceptional service I received and will certainly be returning to this location in the future.

The staff is not very willing to help find the package. I showed the tracking number and told her the package was delivered on Sun. She was just not looking it through the system, generally searching the package saying the package is delivered on Sun and the store is not open on Sun so the package is not here. If the staff doesn't know where the package is, how supposed the customer knows. Then helped search in the system and found out I was telling the truth, and started looking for the package again. In the end, the package was found.Also when I was looking through packages in order to find mine, the male staff kept saying that those are not yours. Don't touch it." Not in a kind way."

There was only one person working Tuesday, June 27th and the line was long. Wait time was about 10 minutes to drop off a parcel for return. Usually with two people working, the wait time is less. Overall service is good. The person serving is courteous.

Received pretty poor service from the older man (owner presumed) at the front desk. The whole time he would give attitude and make snarky comments. “you got to get your stuff together man”, and then proceeded to charge me $3 to print 3 pieces of paper. When i asked why it was so expensive, he said that it costs $1 for each email which takes more “work” to open. He lied here because I sent one email with 3 attachments, not the other way around. After such a terrible experience and calling him out on his attitude, he told me the prints were “on the house” as long as I give him a good review. The convenience isnt worth dealing with this guys rude attitude ruining your day.

Fast, friendly service. Print, scan, ship and passport photos - use them for all my business services. This store is especially efficient and offers great prices!

Great experience with this location for large format (48 x48")

My first time dropping off packages here for returns. The service was really fast and efficient. The staff was very friendly and patience. He didn't want the customers waited in line for too long, he would suggest them to place on the counter while he was serving me. I definitely will come back to this UPS Store and also recommended it.
