Dr Lachini is a total professional and saved me from going blind in one eye.I had been noticing a blind spot in my peripheral vision and decided to get it checked out. I was so fortunate that it was Dr Lachini that I saw. He saw that it was a badly detached retina and immediately co-ordinated with the eye surgeon Dr Cheskes to get me rushed into hospital to get surgery that evening. He went out of his way on his personal time to make sure that the communication went smoothly and that I was treated as a high priority case. I will never forget his kindness, professionalism and dedication.On top of all that he is a really great guy, polite, honest and sincere.It goes without saying that I would HIGHLY recommend him.

Go here every year with my wife. The doctor, Dr Nima Lachini, was really nice and knowledgeable.

I like the doctors, but there is one receptionist, she is very rude, very rushed and does not listen. She snaps at customers. Not the first time, actually every time I have called. She needs customer service training and she acts like she is the owner. She doesnt understand that people pay to get the service. It doesnt take a lot of effort to be polite.

I have been with this clinic for years. Owner is good. but I am very disappointed with staff. One of receptionists is rude and very impatient. She talks very fast like from recorder machine. She is so rushed and not willing to listen. Cut you off when you were talking. She does not let you to finish what you want to say. She quickly came out her conclusion and then started arguing with you on the phone and in person. And not honest!! you have to keep calling office for an issue. Does not reply me on time or until you called so many times. Never see any medical receptionist like her. Really upset and wanted to say something back. But held it at the end. No point to say anything more to this kind of person. Waste your time. we pay for the service but not pay for to get upset. if not happy just leave and write a good review. Hope clinic can train admin to have a better manner.

Dr. Neeru Khullar has been phenomenal since the very first day I met her many years ago. She is very thorough and always provides tips to help maintain overall health. Her front staff are always friendly and accommodating. Even during Covid, I felt really safe. I would highly recommend her!P.S thank you for remaining open during this unprecedented time.Stay well & safe!

The staff is very friendly, and professional. Dr. Lachini is attentive and thorough in examination. Overall it is good place to be when you need eye's exam done. Highly recommended.

i was late for appointment but they were accommodating and professional. On duty Optometrist Dr. Manpreet J took time to explain, did not rush and very professionally polite. Definitely recommend this clinic
