We had great experience moving with this fine company. Communication was excellent, the price was reasonable and overall service first class. Our things were loaded up on a Monday, kept overnight, then delivered the next day to our new home. The crews were fantastic. They were cheerful, careful, hard working and made the whole experience positive. I highly recommend this company

Great service & value for money. The move was from a small island so we knew time was tight to catch the next ferry, the crew worked tirelessly & although they could not fit everything in the truck they ensured it was fully packed. Everything was wrapped or protected & when asked , they helped get furniture into the best place. From the estimate to the final unload, we received a superb service.

Take a load off moved me yesterday and I was very impressed. They called when they were on their way which was nice so I was prepared. Once at the old place Justin and Brian were very professional and friendly. Justin went over all the paperwork carefully. They respected my belongings and kept me informed on time and where we were throughout. They seemed to have a good time while working and didn't complain at all with taking my stuff out of the old place which was not easy. at the new place they put everything where I wanted and went above and beyond helping me set up my new Simba mattress that they didn't even move. i 100% recommend this company for your moving needs.

I have pluses and minuses to give TALO Moving.Pluses: Movers were on time, personable and quickMinuses: While I completely understand mistakes happen, 2 weeks post-move of multiple follow up calls/emails to the company to get our refund since we were overcharged was extremely frustrating and not professional in my opinion. I felt undervalued as a customer during the, what should have been a quick, process of getting our money back.

From booking our job to our actual move day these guys where nothing short of amazing. The workers were very professional and careful with my belongings. They but moving pads on all of my things and everything made it safe and sound to my new place! thank you so much Take A Load Off Moving! I most certainly will be recomending you to everyone!!

I couldn't be happier with my choice to use Take a Load off Moving. They were very friendly, professional and communicated well through the entire process.The move took longer than expected but through no fault of theirs, we couldn't lock out the elevator and had to share with other tenants. They made sure to keep me updated on the progress to avoid surprise charges and they remained positive and kept working efficiently through their extended day.All of my belongings made it to my new home safely and they didn't damage any walls or floors. They brought plenty of moving blankets and made sure to protect everything that could have been damaged.This was the easiest move I've ever had and I just want to give a big thank you to the team at Take a Load Off. Justin and his fantastic driver (I'm so sorry I forgot your name) went above and beyond making sure we were satisfied with the service.As a side note, they were able to provide a box large enough to transport my 77 TV. I had been looking online and couldn't find anyone else that sells boxes for that size TV in Canada."

Jason and Shane were excellent at there job and a absolute pleasure to have in our home! We were getting quotes for around double the price so it was really great to find a company that is affordable and trustworthy. Wonderful experience and service, would definitely recommend!

Great experience with this company. They were friendly, excellent communications and were very professional. We had two storage lockers, in different locations, which were picked up with no issues and in a timely manner. The move in went very well with no damage to any items or the building. The movers were friendly and courteous. Thank you Justin Skyler and Brad I would definitely use this company again and would recommend them to anyone who asks.

I used Take A Load Off Moving to help unload my U-Haul truck. Justin and Skyler were phenomenal. Not only were they efficient and careful with my boxes and furniture, they were also incredibly friendly and made my first day in Nanaimo very memorable. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them and TALO.
