Mike is a true professional, not only did he arrive same day but he fixed the problem quickly and efficiently. He explained to me everything he did and why. It's nice to know there is a local expert I can rely on for all of my heating and cooling needs. I will definitely be reaching out to him in the future should the need arise, and I've already signed up with him to come out for regular cleanings of the system. I could not recommend him more! A+++

Mike is truly awesome!! Our furnace went out on a Saturday afternoon. After calling about 10 different heating & cooling companies, and hearing that we would have to wait until Monday, I grew frustrated. I decided to call one more place, and I am very glad that I did. Mike arrived within an hours time. He explained everything very well. He went above and beyond for us. He stayed until 9:30pm to fix our furnace. I highly recommended Neighborly Heating & Cooling if you want professionalism, affordability and quality work.

Mike is the only guy to call if your furnace stops working. He's polite, profesional, honest and showed up when he said would. Our furnace stopped working and he came out on a Sunday and had it fixed quick. We had a guy come out before him and he wanted to replace the furnace for $6,000. Mike had a look at it and had it fixed within an hour and only charged $400 for parts and labor and it would've even been cheaper if the wholesaler hadn't charged extra for opening up on a Sunday. This guy is great, we won't trust anyone else with our furnace from now on.

Mike was very quick to get back to me when I left a message and was able to stop by much sooner than I had anticipated. He diagnosed what was causing my AC to be less effective and was able to fix it. He's very knowledgeable and was able to explain what he was doing and also answer any questions I had. Definitely would recommend him if you need to figure out what's going on with your HVAC system.

I had a problem with my air conduction I called mike he came right out even on a saturday. He fixed the problem had a lose wire and something with my thermostat. He was very professional explain everything to me mike was very honest person very good at his work. We had our blower motor go out on our furnace mid-day. We called Neighborly Heating and Cooling expecting to set up an appointment. They came out pretty much within the hour and had the blower replaced in 45 minutes. The price was fair (especially since they were out so fast) and the employee was polite. He also did a great job with social distancing, wearing a face mask, etc. considering everything going on with COVID. I’d highly recommend them to anyone in the area!

While every other HVAC Service was closed, Mike answered his phone on Saturday on a holiday weekend. He showed up to our house in an hour. From my experience with Mike, all of the other reviews are correct. He was friendly, knowledgeable, efficient and overall I was very happy with the service. He also said the service charge is a one time payment for the entire season, if I need him to come back he will only charge parts and labor which is very reasonably priced. I definitely recommend your Neighborly Heating & Cooling Service.
