The very first time I brought my bottles here I was short changed by almost half!I accepted the money and left but I was upset and I turned around and went back. I looked at the signage which clearly indicated a beer can was worth, 10 cents. The owner saw me doing this and I said How much are the cans worth here?". He replied "Yours are worth 5"

The hours for this place are ridiculously inconvenient, and whenever we do manage to make it in the line ups are insane. We need a Return It Express here desperately. Also we're getting short changed on a regular basis.Edit: in response to the reply from Owner.. these have been the regular hours for a few years now. How much is the wage here? How are the working conditions? Perhaps there is a reason you've had trouble retaining employees for so many years.

The hours of this Return-It are very unrealistic, 11am - 3pm is such a small window of time and difficult for those of us who have regular hours of work. Saturday is usually so busy probably because of what I just said. We need a better system!!!
