Ralph performed my pre-purchase house inspection. From first contact he was courteous and professional. He took the time to explain his findings and any limitations to his report. I understand why sellers might not be fans but his clients appreciate his honesty and the thoroughness of his work. Buying a home is a big investment and the inspection report is a valuable tool in helping you with your decision. I would definitely recommend based on my positive experience.

I used the serive for the pre-purchase inspection.very good experince. I had at least 5 times inspections in the past 10 years and I can say Ralph service is the best.He was on time, spend about 3 hours to verify A-Z and explained to me.He prepared the report ontime with all details.I'm very happy to use his service and I recommend his professional service for property inspection.

Ralph was very unprofessional in his inspection.Wrote petty findings and recommendation that would scare sellers and buyers.For one exemple. He stated that a new heat pump who was installed by the manufacturer in 2019 needed attention even thought he reported that everything seems fine with the unit.He communicated distrust and paranoia. The brother definitely need an other 6 more weeks of training. certainly will let my contacts know to avoid Ralph services. Not sure about other agents at inspexia but Mr Karazivan is a 3 on 10.

We did two pre purchase inspections with Inspexia and both times we were more than happy with the service. Ralph goes above and beyond in his explanation of the details of the inspection. Explains very clearly what he finds and how you should proceed to repair and/or replace the issue. 5 star service all the way!

As my husband mentioned Ralph services was very unprofessional. I guess Inspexia owner (Ralph) did not like the review and dug deeper into unprofessionalism by contacting our agent to complaint about our reviews.Furthermore Inspexia (Ralph) listed a lot of details from his report in this review reply that are not quite accurate from the inspection document. I would not recommend this company to any of my contacts. If you want a credible professional company call AmeriSpec. Ralph is definitely a 3 on10 .

Not good!!!Spoke with a roofing company and a crack company witch both told me that you don’t know what your talking about.The floor your mentioning is not even laminate its wood you should really know the difference.Also spoke with the other inspector and your missing weepholes from your picture is from the wall of the balcony not the building he showed me his pictures showing the weepholes top and bottom.Lastly you didn’t why the exterior hose wasn’t taking out water when you previously closed the exterior faucet. This is why I don’t recommend at all this company.

We did two pre-purchase house inspections with Inspexia (Ralph Karazivan) and everything was done very smoothly, in a courteous and professional way. Important to note that we were living in Vancouver and looking to buy a house in Montreal. Ralph conducted the inspections in Montreal and we had a WhatsApp call at the end of the inspections when he walked us through the main points to be observed in the houses. The final report was very well done and easy to read even for a layman. We strongly recommend his services.

Ralph from Inspexia inspected our first house in the most professional and accurate manner. I was super happy with his service as he spent a decent amount of time to check every single item of the house and thoroughly explained us various scenarios/considerations for each item. I highly recommend him to all home buyers.
