Amazingly accommodating. I was 5 hours from home trying to get to Ottawa when I had rear brake issues. I called and they managed to fix the issue same afternoon. Very thankful for their help. Highly recommended.

I've taken all my vehicles here for the past 12 or 13 years. I think so highly of their work that I've referred others who are also now loyal customers.They do great work, are friendly, always take the time to explain what's going on, present options if there are a few different choices that could be made, and always guide me in the right direction. I have never had any reason not to trust them implicitly.I've never owned a new vehicle. They don't try to make it like new". Instead they suggest the reasonable options considering the age of the vehicle. I have two vehicles currently

When I needed a same-day repair of my car's serpentine belt, the folks at Jim Licari Auto really came through for me. I showed up 10 minutes before the shop opened and one of the mechanics kindly greeted me and agreed to have a look at my car. They were able to get the job done by the end of the day and sent me on my way with a new belt. I would highly recommend them to anyone in need of good service!

I've been taking my cars to Jim's (father and son) for the past 25 years. They are friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. They go out of their way to find the part you need at a reasonable cost. They always take the time to explain in detail what needs to be done and why. The work is always done in a timely manner. I trust them implicitly. I have referred many friends to them.
