Mark did a house call for us when our 1982 sligh grandfather clock stopped chiming. He was very easy to schedule with and arrived on time. While working on our clock, he even took some time to educate us on the history of the clock, pointed out what was wrong/causing the problem, and what he was doing to fix it. We really appreciated his thoroughness, expertise, and kindness, and are very happy to have our clock chiming again!

I put down a chuck of money to do an overhaul on the mechanics of my 200+ year old grandfather clock. Between Adam and Mark, they put umpteen hours into repairs on this and it now works better than ever. It might take a while because they are so busy but the work they do is very thorough and worth the wait. That you for keep the Lane Clock Ticking!!! I means so much to me.

A Parlor" clock given to my grandparents in 1904 asa wedding present Blackstone were able to restore after not working for several years and now sits on my mantel for me to enjoy. I needed my grandfather clock repaired and sent photos in for assistance, I live far north and can’t just drive down to drop it off for an estimate. I told him I already knew the movement required. He told me to order the part and do it myself. I explained I am not mechanically inclined and could not Because of time, tools, and ability. He told me to expand my horizons and learn something new.Thanks for nothing, I hope when your car breaks down the mechanic tells you to buy the part and fix it yourself, if you can’t you should expand your horizons and learn something new.So rude, unhelpful, and condescending on the phone. Poor service.
